Lawford Festival 2025

Saturday 12 July 2025 Transport theme. 

The sun beat down on us all day so suncream and gazebos were very much required! But come the evening the temperature was rather pleasant for an evening of great music. 

Unfortunately with the heat we decided to cancel our Dog Show and the Donkey Rides. We also had a few empty pitches where some booked stalls were unable to come, like our go karts and wipe out. 

However the Welly Wanging annual competition and our new Plate Smash activity were huge hits! Wolly the clown showcased some fabulous circus skills, stilts, juggling and plate spinning. All the bands who performed were brilliant and showcased some real local talent.

Our art activity this year was toilet tube transport creations.  

We also had Wolston Motor Club join us.
