Lawford Festival supporters

As a festival run by volunteers we appreciate any donation of time, equipment or service.

Long Lawford Community Association have helped set up and support the running of the festival since its initial idea. The first grant we received enabled us to run our event which we feel benefited the whole of our village community. Each year volunteers from Long Lawford Community Association share their time and help on the day, without them we would not be able to run the festival.

Heart of England Co-operative - Helping Hearts Award have kindly given donations over the past few years. The donation of goods has enabled us to create wonderful raffle prize bags which have been gratefully received.

Lawford Arms have kindly donated over the years.

Long Lawford Parish Council for the use of the King George V park, pavilion and gazebo.

Lawford Lighthouse for the use of their car park for craft stall vendors and tables.

Long Lawford Primary School for the use of the playground in previous years for access and parking, and the fabulous choir and violin performances.

Rack and Ruin for the management and setting up and use of equipment with the music stage.

Buzzdog Designs provided two fabulous banners in 2024 which we can reuse every year to advertise that our festival is coming. 

Spotty Dog Consulting Ltd made our logo for all our advertising.

Rugby Triathlon Club for use of cones, rope, temporary fencing and equipment.

Lawford United FC for use of posts, some equipment and volunteers.

Warwickshire Fire and Rescue for attending with fire engines!

Rugby Police and PCSO's for attending and sometimes bringing costumes to play with.

Bulldog Blinds and Shutters Ltd helped donate the sand for our sand pits in 2024 when we had a Seaside themed festival. These were enjoyed by children throughout the entirety of the festival. 

DB Racing has kindly sponsored the electrical cable we require to power our main stage.

TS Metals Welding and Fabrication apprentices made our coconut shy holders.

Gem's Creative Place has set up and run the art/craft activities in the craft tent.

Long Lawford Scouts and Brownies groups for litter picking and providing some homemade bunting.

Lawford Ladybirds for providing some handmade bunting.

Tillyboo's for providing some handmade bunting.

Wolly for providing fabulous entertainment and for always bringing his banjo to play.

Ravenpaws Training and Behaviour for sponsoring the dog show 2025.

Fairy-tails Rugby for sponsoring the dog show 2024 and 2023.

Paw Prints Dog Rescue for judging the dog show 2023.

Coventry City Football Club for donating a signed football shirt in 2024.

All of our fabulous food and drink vendors, craft stalls, charity stalls etc etc we could go on and on.....and not forgetting our fabulous community for continuing to support us each year.
