Craft stall information

Booking Information

We have now started taking enquiries and bookings. If you have not had a stall with us before and would like to enquire please contact us. You will need to provide details about what your stall would be selling as we try our best not to have clashing/competing stalls.

General Information

The craft village will run from 12pm –5pm. 

You will have access to set up your stall from around 10am (this will be confirmed) to be ready for 12:00pm. You are expected to stay until 5pm, when you will need to take down your stall and clear your area safely, without interfering with the remaining activities of the Festival.

No vehicles are allowed into the site for unloading and loading. Parking will be provided nearby.

You will provide your own table, chairs and a single gazebo which will be no bigger than 3x3m.

Your pitch will be allocated by the Festival Committee and is non-negotiable. You will be provided with the full terms and conditions when you complete a booking form.

All sales proceeds are your own, no commission will be taken. It is £15 to book a stall.
